Public Hearing – Budget Admendment

NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS

Public Hearing:

BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR FY 2024-2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council for the Town of Cascade, Montana, has proposed to amend the fiscal year 2024-2025 budget to account for unexpected expenditures in the following funds:

*Planning/Zoning

*Memorial Endowment

*Sewer

*Fire Disability

The Taxpayers Hearing will be held on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Town Hall (9 Front Street North), to solicit comment from the taxpayers.  Any taxpayer may appear and be heard for or against any part of said budget.

After hearing taxpayer concerns, the Council will review and make the necessary changes, if needed, to pass Resolution 2026-02.  If corrections are required, the Council will hold a special meeting on Thursday, February 12, 2026, following the public hearing at Town Hall (9 Front Street North).
