NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REGARDING CONFLICT OF INTEREST
April 10, 2025, at 6:00 P.M.
at Town Hall
9 FRONT STREET NORTH
CASCADE, MT 59421

Pursuant to Chapter 2 of Title 2, Montana Code Annotated, this notice is given to
persons living in the Town of Cascade, and all interested parties, that a public hearing
will be held to solicit comments from all interested parties, as they may consider proper.
The public hearing will be held at the above time and place.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment and argument on the
intention to:
1) Adopt State Ethics statutes for publicly elected or appointed officials and
employees;
We encourage all of you to attend the public hearing with questions or comments
you may have in regards to any of these proposed changes. The Town Council makes
decisions based on what is best for a majority of the residents. They are open to other
suggestions that may work better than what is proposed as a solution to a problem.
