NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS

Public Hearing:

BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR FY 2023-2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council for the Town of Cascade, Montana, has proposed to amend the fiscal year 2023-2024 budget to account for unexpected expenditures in the following funds: General, Planning/Zoning, Capital Project-Swimming Pool, Capital Project-Library, Capital Projects-Pass Through Funds.

The Taxpayers Hearing will be held on Thursday, November 14, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at Town Hall (9 Front Street North), to solicit comment from the taxpayers.  Any taxpayer may appear and be heard for or against any part of said budget.

After hearing taxpayer concerns, the Council will review and make the necessary changes, if needed, to pass Resolution 2024-24.  If corrections are required, the Council will hold a special meeting on Thursday, November 14, 2024, following the public hearing at Town Hall (9 Front Street North).
